Enrolment process
Korowa Anglican Girls’ School is an open entry school offering a coeducation ELC 3 and 4 Year old program and girls education from Prep to Year 12.
To discover everything Korowa has on offer we encourage you to arrange a tour or contact our Enrolments Team to discuss what Korowa can offer your child.
Our Tour Mornings run throughout the year, join in the fun on Open Day or book a personalised tour.
Families are encouraged to place their child’s name on the waitlist as early as possible. Main intake years are ELC, Prep, Year 5 and Year 7. Students may enter the School at other year levels depending on the availability of places.
The enrolment process is simple.
Step 1 Apply
To apply please submit an online application via the Applications Portal.
Step 2 Confirmation of intention to enrol
Approximately 18 months to 2 years before your nominated year of entry, the School will make contact to confirm your intention to enrol, and collect additional information such as school reports, educational specialist reports, NAPLAN results and an official Immunisation History Statement.
Step 3 Interview and Offer
The School will invite you to meet with the Principal or relevant Head of School. A formal offer of enrolment may be made and parents will be asked to confirm the place. Offers not accepted by the due date may be passed to other applicants.
Step 4 Acceptance and Confirmation of enrolment
An offer can only be confirmed once the signed Confirmation of Enrolment document and non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $1400 have been received.
Step 5 Holding deposit
A $2500 holding deposit is due in the March prior to the year of commencement. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and is credited against Term 2 school fees in the year in which the student commences.
Step 6 Orientation and Transition
In the year prior to commencement, Prep, Year 5 and Year 7 students participate in a transition program designed to support students with this change and allow them to meet other students and staff while familiarising themselves with the School prior to commencing.
ELC children will attend an orientation day in the week before the commencement.
All other students entering the School will participate in personalised orientation activities as required.
