Korowa is thrilled to be selected for The Educator’s Employer of Choice 2021 list. This outstanding achievement really sets us apart as one of the best schools to work for in Australia.

Entry was open to all schools operating in Australia and was judged based on a school’s initiatives and achievements across a number of key areas highlighted as critical to a positive employee experience. This included remuneration, training and professional development, career progression, diversity and inclusion, access to technology, communication, leadership, work life balance, health and wellbeing and reward and recognition. Submissions included both quantitative and qualitative evidence to demonstrate performance as a leading workplace.
